Peer Mentor Program
Phoenix House California’s Peer Mentor Program guides participants in building a foundation to help support lifelong recovery. Our Peer Mentor team provides case management services to Drug Medi-Cal participants who are currently enrolled in Substance Use Disorder programs and require additional support to link to ancillary services. Our program will provide mentorship and help participants develop life skills to help sustain ongoing recovery.

- Support with attending appointments
- Referrals and linkage to services such as: housing, vocational and educational support, health care
appointments and more
- Community reintegration from structured environments
such as incarceration, hospitalization and residential programs
We accept Medi-Cal and private insurance and provide services to those without insurance.
Financial support for these Phoenix House California outpatient and residential substance use disorder treatment services is provided by the Orange County Health Care Agency and other public and private funders.
