Hayko Aldzhikyan is president of ServiceMaster Recovery by C2C Restoration, a leading disaster restoration company in Southern California. Since 2010, he has led the company in delivering top-tier restoration services for water, fire, and smoke damage, working closely with clients and insurers to restore properties to their pre-loss condition.

Before acquiring the ServiceMaster franchise, Mr. Aldzhikyan founded Coast to Coast Restoration, an independent restoration and reconstruction business. In 2010, he transitioned part of his business into ServiceMaster, expanding partnerships with major insurers, including State Farm, Farmers, Fireman’s Fund, AIG Private Client, PURE, and ACE.

Under his leadership, ServiceMaster Recovery by C2C Restoration has grown across Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, and Santa Barbara counties, serving both residential and commercial clients. The company is recognized for its rapid response and comprehensive restoration solutions, including water and flood damage restoration, fire and smoke damage repair, mold remediation, and more.

With decades of experience in business growth, operations, and partnerships, Mr. Aldzhikyan provides valuable financial and strategic leadership to Phoenix House California’s board, supporting its long-term sustainability and impact.
