In Custody Substance Abuse Services in Orange County

Phoenix House California’s Substance Abuse Counseling Program is provided on site at local Orange County Jail Facilities. Our team of Clinicians, Care Coordinators, and Counselors are here to help guide participants toward a path of recovery and success. Our services are evidence-based, gender-specific, trauma-informed, and culturally competent to foster long-lasting behavioral change.
