Senior Director of Development
Natalie Dolishny joined Phoenix House California in July 2018. She is responsible for developing and leading the strategy to expand philanthropic support and raise the profile of PHCA in the donor community. Ms. Dolishny has over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurial fundraising and leadership and has consistently led her teams to surpass fundraising goals. She is highly strategic, hands-on, and has proven experience building successful individual giving, multi-year, major gift, and capital campaigns.
Prior to joining Phoenix House, Ms. Dolishny served as the Director of Donor Engagement for Center Theatre Group in Los Angeles where she built the individual giving program and increased annual giving by 700% during her tenure. She also launched the most successful and multi-faceted telephone fund-raising program for an arts organization in the country, created a highly successful multi-year giving program, developed, mentored, inspired, and supported the front-line fundraising team, and was the lead solicitor in major gift acquisition. She has also worked for Greenpeace USA and has raised funds for many other organizations benefitting children and the arts. She currently volunteers as a reading tutor with Reading Partners, has served on several boards including Grand Performances, and currently serves on the board of Five Star Theatricals. Ms. Dolishny attended Southern Connecticut State University and studied theatre at the London Academy of Music & Dramatic Arts. She has plans to obtain her master’s in Public Policy. Ms. Dolishny has a passion for accelerating the growth of contributed revenue to transform non-profit organizations. She is determined to fight injustice and doing whatever it takes to end the stigma surrounding addiction.
