Phoenix House California Outpatient and Residential Treatment Programs are funded by the County of Los Angeles, Department of Public Health – Substance Abuse Prevention Control, Veterans Affairs, the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (LACDMH), the Orange County Health Care Agency, and other public and private funders. Most private insurance plans are also accepted.
