Phoenix House Academy – Outpatient Center, a program of Phoenix Houses of Los Angeles, Inc., is certified by the California DHCS, Certification No.190115EN, for Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment. The certification, issued on 15 October 2023, is valid to 31 October 2025. Since 2003, this program has also been Drug Medi-Cal-certified for outpatient and intensive outpatient, perinatal treatment (Certification No. 1945) as well as certified for Medi-Cal Specialty Mental Health Services for youth by the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (Certification No. 7356).

The license, effective as of 1 January 2024, is valid to 31 December 2025. Since 2017, this program has also been Drug Medi-Cal-certified for residential treatment (Certification No. 19DF).

Phoenix House Venice, a program of Phoenix Houses of Los Angeles, Inc. is certified by the California DHCS, Certification No. 190115CN, for Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment. The certification, effective as of 1 January 2023, is valid to 31 December 2025. Since 2015, this program has also been Drug Medi-Cal-certified for outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment (Certification No. 19DF).

Fruit St. Santa Ana CA 92701. The certification, issued on 15 July 2024, is valid to 31 July 2026. Since 2015, this program has also been Drug Medi-Cal-certified for outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment (Certification No. 8047).
