Vice President of Finance
Luis Cervantes joined Phoenix House California in November 2019. Mr. Cervantes is responsible for the agency’s fiscal leadership, financial reporting and capital assets. He has served in the nonprofit sector since 2001 having managed budgets upwards of one-hundred million in annual revenues and over five hundred million in assets. Mr. Cervantes currently serves as a board member for El Centro de Amistad, a behavioral service provider, for which he served as Board President four consecutive years. Mr. Cervantes received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Finance from California State University Northridge and a Master of Business Administration from Corban University.
