Update: PHCA brings Adult Outpatient Substance Abuse Services to LVT

Outpatient Substance Abuse Services for Adults in Lake View Terrace 

Phoenix House California’s Outpatient Substance Abuse Services for Adults is provided at Lake View Terrace site. Adults (ages 18+) enter intensive or traditional outpatient programs after residential treatment, while living at home or in sober living facilities, and together we create an individualized treatment plan for sustained recovery, healing, and personal growth.

Our clinical team connects clients to community resources for medical services, vocational & job readiness, parenting classes, family services, as well as relapse prevention groups.

SERVICES INCLUDE

  • Individual Counseling
  • Group Counseling
  • Case Management
  • AA/NA Groups

These services will be provided in the office or via tele-health.

We accept Medi-Cal and private insurance and provide services to those without insurance.
