Outpatient Substance Abuse Services for Adults in Lake View Terrace
Phoenix House California’s Outpatient Substance Abuse Services for Adults is provided at Lake View Terrace site. Adults (ages 18+) enter intensive or traditional outpatient programs after residential treatment, while living at home or in sober living facilities, and together we create an individualized treatment plan for sustained recovery, healing, and personal growth.
Our clinical team connects clients to community resources for medical services, vocational & job readiness, parenting classes, family services, as well as relapse prevention groups.

These services will be provided in the office or via tele-health.
We accept Medi-Cal and private insurance and provide services to those without insurance.
Phoenix House is certified by the California Department of Health Care Services, Drug Medi-Cal certified, and accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. Support for these services is provided by the County of Los Angeles’ Department of Public Health, Substance Abuse Prevention and Control of Los Angeles County, the County of Los Angeles Department of Mental Health, and other public and private funders.
